Ida Love was the 11th and last child born to James Hamilton and Susan Devitt Love.  She married William James Moore of Keokuk Co., Iowa on February 19, 1884 in Albia, Iowa.  The couple's daughter, Ethel Moore, was born March 15, 1884.
Will and Ida's marriage ended soon after Ethel was born and family history indicates Ida and Ethel travelled after that, visiting Ida's sisters, Sarah Jane Arnold and family in Burlington, Kansas, and Eliza Ann McDonald and family in Nebraska.
Although very little else is known about the lives of Ida and Ethel at that time, it seems very possible they may have spent time with Ida's aunt, Kate Ireton, her mother's beloved sister, in Fortville, Indiana.
